I love this place! I walk in and they know who I am and they make my coffee perfect every single time. This Dunkin donuts in Burlington is the best one I've ever been to. The one in Colchester is horrible with rude people. Burlington has nice respectful workers.

I order on the app and never have an issue, always in and out in minutes. They forgot something once and when I went back and told them, they were super kind, apologized, and gave it to me right away without any issues at all. Great service, especially when I order weird creations due to an egg allergy

What makes the coffee really important in the morning isn't the coffee itself. It's the people who works there. Everyone is really friendly and they remember you. That's a big plus.

Some of their staff are super friendly, but it is often understaffed and slow to get orders out. They currently seem most concerned with mobile orders which is frustrating when ordering in the store. Could be cleaner.
