Extremely clean. Got the order a bit messed up. But the staff is under a lot of pressure, you can tell. However the staff is friendly and attentive. They seem over-worked. I respect their endurance!

Don't bother calling in and planning to be there at the time they say. Then when it was ready and I was standing there.... She bagged the other orders first then took her sweet time bagging mine.... The food may be good but the service is terrible. They are the biggest idiots I have seen in a restaurant.

The food is great. The service is AWFUL!! We get take out only, as most people do from here. Don't arrive in the 20 minutes like they tell you. It will take a solid 45 minutes, guaranteed! I'm pretty certain the entire staff, aside from the cooks, have been high everytime we've gone in.

So disappointed!!! I placed a to go order was told 20-25 mins, got there 25mins later and still had to wait 25mins. I ordered the chicken plate and literally there was 20 pieces of chicken on my plate. I have seen kids plates with more chicken. The vegetables didn't even fill up one of the two small sections. NEVER AGAIN. And the food did not have hardly any flavor!

I waited an hour for a take order. The cashier said the cooks were working backwards. That didn't impress me at all. I did get a free drink. I will not go there again. The owner didn't acknowledge that I had not received my food. #food was cold when I drove home six minutes away.

The food is good. The people working upfront roll their eyes and talk about customers in front you. It is very odd. Also, if you call for a pick up order and they say 25 minutes - it definitely takes at least 50 minutes.
