Great food little wait due to covid overall great staff and food

Not as good as it once was. Flavors are dulled. Service is so-so, and they got rid of the sliced lemons at the drink stand.
When busy, wait can be excruciatingly long.
My gift card is empty, and I won’t be going back.
Why do they offer lettuce last, because then it looks like I got a salad, not a burrito bowl?

The burrito was pretty salty. But some gf/df options, so might give another try sometime. Also beware - delivery looks cheap but the menu prices all go up if you choose delivery plus there are mysterious "fees" added to taxes. Worked out to about $7 for a $25 order.

It's a Chipotle, same food your used too, same level of service. Have had multiple errors on my orders so always check your bag before you leave this location! Parking can be a nightmare at times too.

I normally like Chipotle, but this location is consistently bad. They are digital orders only right now, so be prepared for missing ingredients and bad portion sizes, in addition to the usual low quality everything else.
The last time I was there (and the last time I will be there) they forgot the salsa, put double sour cream (requested less), skimped on the beans, rice was hard, tortilla was hard, it was poorly wrapped, and the whole thing was cold.

Can't place an order inside, you need to use the app. For my relative who doesn't understand technology well, this simply doesn't work. Fortunately there is a Five Guys next door.

Normally I would suggest a 5 star rating, but our last night's experience was anything but that. Tacos were made into Burritos. they forgot the 2 extra orders of chips and the kids drink. The only ordered Had no stake as ordered. When I called they said they had ran out of chips. Yet they never thought to tell us or refund us. When I went back to pick up the fixed items they still failed to provide the correct order.
