Mcdonald's

I unfortunately live closest to this McDonald’s in my area, so it’s more convenient. But this is by far the WORST McDonald’s in my area. Graham, NC has excellent service. I’ve seen them go through 2-3 different managers since living at my current house and it doesn’t matter which one you’ve encountered, they’re ALL rude, temperamental and terrible at customer service. I always offer to pay for my extra condiments that I ask for every time, yet I still receive attitude about what I want with MY meal. I used to work at McDonald’s as a teenager and when I had that type of mentality at first, my manager at the time said to me “it’s not YOUR ranch, it doesn’t come out of your pocket, so why are you stressing it? Just make the customer happy, that’s your job. ”.....and from that moment on I remembered what that manager at MCDONALDS said to me. It doesn’t matter whether it’s condiments, a coupon issue with their app, or even them messing up my order.....they have no type of remorse, customer service, or give a sh*t about them at this location. I can’t say one single good thing about this location. It’s been multiple different employees so obviously whomever owns this location has an issue with training their employees to treat people with respect.
