Waffle House

Horrible customer service. Went there to get waffle and bacon which is no longer on $5 menu. Would not have been a problem if told before hand. Could of gotten the Gland slam and paid a $1-2 more. Just moved to the area for work and unaware of the switch. They didn’t care. Manager didn’t care. Management doesn’t provide even average customer service. My coworker went there this morning and one waffle took 15 minutes and no cook

This restaurant has been recently rebuilt. We visited on December 1, 2018. The store was very clean and even though the dining area is a little smaller now, it still has ample space and my service animal and I were able to comfortably move around and get seated out of the way of other patrons. The staff was very friendly, and attentive. Our waitress checked back with us often to make sure we had what we needed. The coffee was very good. I had a waffle, two eggs over well and sausage. It was a splendid meal to start off our day of errands. I also want to add that the staff seemed to be familiar with service animal rules. After a customer complained about "having to eat in a barn", the associate he spoke to told him plainly that my animal was a service animal and was allowed inside with me. We will visit again soon!

"Greeter" did a good job of clearing tables and seating guests. Restaurant was busy and food was not prepared as well as usual at a Waffle House. My ham and cheese omelet cheese was not melted and outside of omelet was a bit overdone. My order was not exactly what I wanted. I ordered grits, got hash browns. Restaurant was messy behind the counter but guest area was fine.

Ok, not real friendly, just glare at you when entering. Only good morning to certain people. Cook was Awesome, ordered my hash browns, smothered. Covered, chucked, scattered and well done. Said it twice to waiter who kept dropping off well done. Tge cook heard it and said, didn't he ask for well done, and cooked them perfectly. Hispanic waitress never brought water until I asked a second time. This staff need some personality and customer service training. Dr. Ken King
