Arby's

Yo. I live brisket. Check my reviews. I get brisket all around the country and try it. I love Arby’s smoke house brisket. It melts in your mouth. The smoke lingers in the fat. The sauce is great but the distribution is never solid. Always one side or the other. Never the less you will not be disappointed y this sandwich. Broski, it hangs with chain smoke houses. Maybe not the homemade local spots though. They have that real work.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I asked for two Buffalo chicken sliders and a number 15. When I said number 15 I sat quietly waiting for them to ask small or large and what drink. When they didn’t, I asked if they were still there and she replied very snootily and said *ugh* “I’m waiting on you to finish” and I said oh, ok , I guess I’d like a small sprite with that. I would also like a number 16, and waited for her again to ask size and drink, and when she didn’t, I said never mind, I just want the sandwich for number 16, and I’ll take a large mozzarella stick. She told me total and told me to pull forward. I sat there two minutes before anyone even greeted me at the window. Finally they took my payment and gave me my order. I pull off and check, and there’s no fries. I called to tell them and they told me it was because you don’t get fries when you order a two for six. I explained I didn’t order a two for six, and I wanted a number 15. Then they told me I should have told them I wanted fries and that a number 15 is only a sandwich, but they would go ahead and give me fries, which they brought out to the car. Then my family went to eat before we went shopping at the outlet mall, and found our cheese sticks were over cooked because all the cheese was cooked out. So. Between the rude service and poor quality food (no cheese in the mozzarella sticks, mozzarella were Saturday with oil, fries were hard and cold, roast beef was dry, and buns were stale) I would give this Arby’s location a zero star if possible.

I really like the roast beef Juniors they don't carry those anymore instead they got sliders and just not the same but regular roast beef is good I just take a lot of the roast beef off and give it to my dog I do love the horses and sauce and Arby's sauce on a plane roast beef sandwich extremely good fries and delicious and a turnover as good as well

Normally arby's is very good but I stopped to grab a sandwich and it was terrible the roast beef tasted like it was spoiled and the bread was hard fry's were ok. Ended up tossing everything after a couple of bites. I know arby's is better than this so I will give them 3 stars hope to have a better experience next time
