Poor business practice! I had one good experience and 2 previous bad ones. Needless to say I won't be ordering from there again. I ordered menudo and was given Pozole. I called and was told that they left a note that they ran out of menudo. I looked and saw no note. They should have called and asked if they could make the switch. My son is allergic to chick peas. Had he eaten any, it would have been a nice law suit for us. They would not offer a credit unless I brought the pozole back. Food isn't too bad but they do make errors in not paying attention to the order you want. If you say NO tomatoes...you will get tomatoes.

This location is amazing. Our food was made the right way and tasted great. Above that I would return for the customer service alone. We placed our order over the phone the girl was great. She was friendly and polite which is hard to find. When I got there to pick my order up I was greeted with a smile and 2 very polite girls. They were helpful and very nice. Thank you ladies we will continue to make the trip to this location compared to the 1 we are 2 minutes from.

Doesn’t deserve a star(Disgusting Chilaquiles no where near as not even a dog would eat it. I’m beyond disappointed after reaching out to branch as I’ve ordered from Bridgeview Del Carmen and that branch knows exactly what chilaquiles are. I called Vanessa answering and told me to speak with owner in which is Paraguayan in which lady told me that’s how chilaquiles are done there. This is a Mexican Restaurant and all franchises have same menu and she said this is how owner has chilaquiles made. I will never order from this location and will pay owner a visit to confront as this is unacceptable and unbelievable. See for yourselves. Over cooked egg just thrown on wet tortilla chips and green salsa. Owner had apparently left so I didn’t get to speak with owner. Disgusting and very disappointed.)

Went on a Sunday after my girl highly recommended coming in for the pozole. It wasn't busy (my favorite type of dining) lol, so we were seated and greeted immediately. Chips and salsa (red & green) came first, the our drinks. The food is so inexpensive & so delicious. I ordered the small bowl of pozole, my girl ordered the large. Typically I'm a menudo girl, but this time I had to see what my girl was raving about. They had to check to see if it was still available being that we went in after 3pm, fortunately for us it was. Turn around time was fairly quick. Great servings for the price you pay. I hooked mine up with lime, avocado, cilantro and hella salsa (I need my food spicy always), and used the tortilla chips for the meat and hominy. We paid just under $20 including drinks. Will definitely head back to try the menudo. Great service, sweet ladies working behind the counter - always.
