The pizza is excellent. The crust is delicious, infact one of the best I have ever had. There is plenty of toppings on the pizza to fill your stomach. I would definitely recommend the VegOne pizza with cauliflower, broccoli and asparagus. The cauliflower on it has really good flavour. The people running the place were Italians, so you really can't go wrong with this place.

The crust on the pinse (pizza) is amazing. It is very light and tasty. We had the San Daniele and the Super Mario. Both were great, but I preferred the Super Mario. We also had the Truffle Porcini toasted rice ball. It was a new experience and quite delicious. I want to come back again and work my way through the menu!

This small family run Italian restaurant is a real gem. Pinse (Roman style pizzas) are authentic and delicious made with only organic ingredients. Special thanks to the chef - grazie mille Marco Faiola! The place is super cozy and the service is friendly. Gourmet Romano is now my favorite spot to devour the taste of Rome in central Los Angeles.

The best pizza in LA!! I absolutely love the dough and fresh ingredients. I was in awe when I came here for the first time because it felt like I was in Italy. I really hope they keep growing their business and more people get to experience authentic Italian pizza! Btw, their pasta is as good, perfectly al dente!

What a find! It's absolutely delicious. The pizza is made without any yeast - it gives it a soft base and a perfectly crunchy crust. Don't be thrown off by the slightly higher price point, it's well worth it! They use high quality organic ingredients and fly in their meats and cheeses from Italy. The portions are generous as well. The owners and employees were so welcoming and nice! The seating area is small but if there is a table I'd recommend eating there. Can't wait to go back and try out more items from the menu!

Got 2 pizzas the San danelle and the one with pesto sauce. Both were excellent! You can surely taste the freshness in the ingredients. I will need to try all the other pizzas to find a favorite one.

This is the best Italian pizza you can have in LA. Tastes exactly the way it should. Real pizza by an Italian Chef and organic ingredients, loved it!

This is a cute little corner shop that sells... yes you guessed it: pizza. Now... pizza is my favorite food basically in the entire world and I will have to say.... idk about this place. I give it 4 stars bc for what it is, it is good. But is it my preference for pizza (simple, Neapolitan pizza w tomato sauce)? Not exactly. So they advertise that they use multigrain dough and 80% water. You can tell. The crust is VERY crispy. There is no chew or soft crust (nor is it really yeast-y), so if that's your thing, this may be the place for you. If not, then it ain't. Hahah. We got the Cacio e Pepe and Carbonara. The cacio e Pepe was a lighter pizza, which I appreciated. And the Carbonara was pretttttyyy heavy. Kind of like a breakfast pizza.... I wasn't a fan of the Carbonara as it was a heavy pizza, pretty salty, and very oily/greasy. More than the pizza, I actually liked the suppli (fried rice ball). I got the truffle one and it tasted like a fried ball of truffle risotto. Yes please to this! You were the redeeming factor of this place for me. Overall... I doubt I'll come back here. Again, it's not a glowing review only bc it's not my preference of type of pizza, but I can see it being a good place for others.
