*Under new ownership* The new Burbank Pastry is great! Very good, beautiful pastries and awesome service. The owner helped choose which ones to get and brought them out to us on the patio. He's very nice and knowledgeable. Haven't tried the coffee yet. That will be on my next visit.

Normally you go to a place with poor customer service because the food is amazing, but here it’s the opposite. The food is okay, nothing special that you can’t just get at a grocery store. But the service is unmatched. They are so sweet and extremely fast.

The pastries are beautiful looking and do fancy and delicious, big variety of flavors, fruits and colors . The staff is very friendly and great customer service. There is new management and new OWNERS, so I am sure the bad posts here are from prior owner not the new owners. They are very nice.

This is the real deal!! Best croissant with almond filling I have had in north America! The cappuccinos, 1 traditional, 1 with oat milk for my vegan sister, who by the way lived in Italy for years, were absolutely delicious and done better than anything in the area!... The owner is a gentleman with the utmost care for all who he serves, including our furry friends and family...
Cannot recommend enough!... Go... You will be a forever fan!
Just a suggestion for the owner...maybe consider adding "cafe" in your business name... usually that is what I search for when I travel and your place would come up easily for others who are looking for a real cafe' experience 😁

I ordered a bunch of pastries for staff members at my work. Everyone loved them and I literally love the pastries there. I have made two big orders so far and have had no issues the owner is pleasant and was easy to get a hold of the whole time.

Artelice is the best bakery I've ever been to. Their desserts always sell out quickly in their west L.A. location. I'm happy to have them in burbank because the traffic is nicer

New owners...still spinning up but great service and great pastries. One of the bakers came over from Porto's. The owner said they will start selling their breads this week and start a lunch service soon. This will be a regular stop when i'm in Burbank!

THE FRENCH BAKERY
Delicious coffee. Ordered "The Pastry Sampler". Choose (4) mini's. Started with dark chocolate, finished with a yellow daisy. Don't ask names, we were too lost in the moment. With each sip of coffee, a different flavor, transformed our pallet. We were in Europe, soft French music playing in the background. This is a place for lovers and friends.... reminesing their past, and planning their future.
