Fast customer experience with high quality McDonald’s items from the menu. I personally always stop here if I want something from McDonald’s. Want to give a special thanks to the hardworking staff at this location because they always meet their order deadlines on time. A special thanks to Leo for his great customer service skills!

I read about the spicy nuggets and szechuan sauce and how you have to download the app to find them both. There were other McDonalds closer to me, but none had the items. I placed the order then drove to the store. I walked in and was immediately ignored. People who walked in were helped after me. And I was at the online order pickup. After being ignored I asked one of the employees for help. A simple “hi”or “I’ll be with you in a second” wouldve helped, some. Turns out I made a mistake on the app, and if someone had helped me they may have fixed my problem and I would be grateful. I waited a while. The people who came after me came and went. My nuggets were ready but the employee informed me that they were out of sauce. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? After I downloaded the app, placed my order ( the sauce was available on line), drove past other Mcdonalds then got ignored, there is no sauce?!? I asked for my money back. A manager was informed, and suddenly there was the Szechuan sauce, which the employee handed me. At least the employee said “sorry”. Im a restaurant general manager, and whenever there is a problem with an order, a manager talks to the guest and apologizes. Even a “Hey so sorry” goes a long way. The employees, including the manager, at this store just dont seem to care. And this was my first time at this store. Not impressed. The place looked very clean, though an employee mopped the floor around me without putting up a wet floor sign. If you want to keep business, start by implementing a policy in which employees say “hi” to every guest. I speak Spanish, just like the employees. A simple “Hola” would’ve made me smile. I tried posting this on the mcdonald’s app, but it said I have too many characters. It’s like no one in the company gives a damn about my experience or what I have to say.

About 2 weeks ago. I requst something to store MGR. He said t y for ur opinion I ll report it. Today. I hit again................so Now I m so Unhappy. Before my 3 hours all good things gone. No more McDonald. Over the 29 yrs love it. But now is the time to say bye. One lady staff clean up The floor now. But whe she use ....MGR Dont care. All staff dont care about customer satisfaction All dust come to me. And my table...

Horrible. Went through the drive thru today. Ordered two number fives (10 piece nuggets) and M&M McFlurry. Asked for a coke and a sweet tea for the drinks. Noticed an extra dollar sweet tea to be charged. Had to clarify only two drinks total. Got to the first window and paid. Noticed an extra 6 piece nugget was charged and the McFlurry was not. The bag of food and drinks were handed to us. We let her know the order was charged incorrectly and asked to have the McFlurry. She was not even listening to the concern. She took the receipt to verify, she stated the McFlurry was not on there. We attempted to tell her the problem. She continued to speak over my partner. He asked if he could talk, so she finally stopped talking over him. He told her he ordered a McFlurry. She walked away with the receipt. She sent the guy who took the order over to us. He said, oh yeah, the oreo McFlurry. We said no. M&M. He said again- oreo. We reiterated. M&M. He brought the McFlurry. Didn't bother to continue about the overcharged nuggets, as we were over it. Didn't get the receipt back from the lady to call for a complaint, so here's a review. I know it's a fast food joint and not much can be expected from customer service, but come on.
