The staff here is absolutely fantastic. My issue was the spicy tuna is minced too fine. It had no texture. Also my bowl was supposed to have crab and there wasn't any. The other ingredients are very fresh unfortunately the only thing I could taste was the green onions and cucumbers. This was my only time here so maybe it was a fluke.

Definitely the worst Poke restaurant I've tried. They weren't open when I arrived even though it was during the posted operating hours. I called the number on the front and they sent someone over from the restaurant next door to open the Poke restaurant. I found a piece of plastic in my poke. I have no idea where that came from. Also, they put a lot of cucumber in mine and it overpowered the whole thing. Two of my friends also got cucumber in theirs and had the same problem. Like a whole cup full of cucumber slices (way more cucumber than rice, meat or anything else). My friend ordered the spicy mayo and their popular mayo sauce, but they still made it pretty dry and flavorless. It seems like the owners know Poke restaurants are money makers, so they bought all the necessary ingredients, but they need training on how to combine them all to make decent poke.
