The Service: Usually only one cashier at the counter. However, she is very efficient, multi-tasking... taking the orders, packing the orders & other customer service. The Food: I love their spicy fried chicken. I always wait for the new batch. When the chicken just comes out from the fryer. The skin is so crispy and the meat is super tender!! They don't use lots of batter... I like it~ The Parking: Plaza parking sharing with other retailers (free)

I love Popeyes been going ever since the Chicken Sandwich Wars 2019😭 (life back then🔥)…. Recently notice a few changes to the Famous chicken sandwich.. 1st it taste different, not in a bad way just different, can’t put my finger on it🤔.. 2nd when I got my sandwich it was not the regular thick chicken they always use. This chicken was more a skinny fillet like they took one chicken breast and filleted it into 3 breast. Not sure if it was just this location tho.

Last time I was there I was surprised by the quantity of chicken on my order… I order 14 pieces of tenders and what I got was exactly 14 strips of chicken so tiny and thin that look like chicken fingers I asked for a few sauces and I was charged for them on top of that The chicken was not good at all as previous times when I order it… I have no idea if is the people preparing this chicken or is the manager on charge but I have always been happy when I get chicken from this place… I don’t recommend this place at all and from now on I rather go to a different place or to the competition

Ordered the 12pcs managers special legs and thighs for 17.99 They offered me 12 thighs for the same price because they didn't have legs ready, it would take another 11 mins to cook. I like thighs better anyway which worked out for me. The chicken was fresh and hot and not over cooked. This Popeyes didn't have a drive through window.

Very disappointed never coming back while other customers were coming in and out after me was stuck there for 40 mins just cuz the employees didn’t want to give me my food yet because more customers were coming in but I can careless your service is slow after 10 customers later they decided to give me my food so disappointed so Popeyes do better just because you see customers coming in doesn’t mean you can keep us there for 40 mins ridiculous makes sense why others are giving this place a bad review rather just stay in San Fernando service is way more faster the Burbank.
