Shake Shack Burbank

The battle over the best burger in America continues. However, I’m gonna say, it’s not shake shack. Their burgers are good, but for the price, I’ll pick other things. This location has plenty of parking and plenty of tables. The burgers are good, but I’ve had better. The fries were ok, maybe under seasoned. We also opted for the buffalo fries, and they were over seasoned. But again, ok at best. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, while it was good, it just felt like a snack. That’s my biggest gripe, all these burgers feel like slightly bigger sliders. For the price there’s many other burgers with bigger serving size and better tasting.

Came in after settling arguments over 3 different restaurants for lunch. My friend finds their burgers "too salty" but I think they make a better burger than similar competition. The staff is friendly. Enjoyed the tablet based ordering to avoid social contact. Even with mandates lifted, they still have signage up and employees are masked. Overall, a great burger joint.

Must give a shout-out to the cashier Krystal and the other night shift crew last night on 8/18! Their service is so great and accommodating. We drove from the north and will leave LA right after the meal, so it was our only chance to have a bite at Shake Shack. We arrived just a few minutes before the store closed, I told Krystal (our cashier) that we drove crazily to catch their close at 10pm and it was my boyfriend's first try of Shake Shack, Krystal gave us some good recommendations with detailed explanation and offered us dine-in options for best taste (in that case we'd def stay over their close time at 10). Burgers are so yummy and fresh, the restaurant is very clean, we did not feel rushed out at all even we stayed as the last party past their close time at the restaurant. Thank you so much :)

The food here is absolutely disgusting. I had high expectations for the "shake shack".. I've heard it referred to as the 'in-n-out of the east coast'.. this place is garbage. The only things worth trying is the custard and the shakes. The food is disgusting though. I almost puked after leaving and had a stomach ache for the rest of the night.

Tonight was the 4th time ordering here @ the Burbank location. The burgers and bacon cheese fries are very tasty! Especially those fries! One thing though, if you tend to order double cheeseburgers check your burger before leaving if you order take out. All 4 times I have ordered through the app I have ordered double cheeseburgers and every single time they give me a single... I know I could loose some weight and I'm better off going with a single but if I order and pay for a double that's what I should be given! Thanks to finally learning lesson, I checked my order before driving off and sure enough they gave me a single again, lol!!! The manager that helped me when I came back in with my burger was very quick to address my issue. She immediately had the crew in the back make me a new DOUBLE cheeseburger and told me to keep the single. She was also kind enough to provide ms with a few free burger coupons which I appreciated. Moral of this story is check your order before leaving with your food and if they get it wrong (many times over) just speak with a manager and be polite about it. I wish I would have gotten her name but thank you Ms Manager for talking to the crew about paying better attention to the orders coming in and taking care of me as well. If it wasn't for you I would be slamming this place with 1 star for constantly getting my orders wrong but thanks to you I'm giving it 4 stars and the food really is good.
