Really good, fresh food. The Zaatar has a really vivid taste and the bread is perfect. Portions run large. Service is excellent and friendly, they’ll set up a little table for you outside. Awesome little family-run neighborhood food joint.

I was visiting Burbank and looking for some local places to eat. I saw a picture of their Kachapuri and new I had to visit. The food is excellent and the employees are kind. Everyone should stop here at least once.

I always order food from there specially on Christmas eve and New year eve .
Everything is literally tasty and cooked super well , the leg Lamp and rice is very good taste , I encourage everyone to try it and will never get regretful.

Amazing bakery with wonderful staff. The Knafeh is one of the best I’ve had, I also definitely suggest the namoura. Highly recommend this place to anyone you wants authentic Middle Eastern baked goods and food.

Lovely hidden gem in Burbank making incredible Lebanese pastries and breakfast. The Z Factory special, Zaatar bread topped with egg, tomato, black olives and mint was super flavorful. The woman behind the counter was super friendly and even brought us a few extra sweets to try. Will definitely be back!

I'm very disappointed with the quality of food here. I ordered alot of food for the first time few days ago since i heard good about the place. Mostly meat and veggie lahmajun and manaeesh and knafeh. Knafeh did not taste fresh at all. And the food was just so so bad. We through it all in trash. Waste of money. Will never go here again.
