Western Bagel

The food here is great if you can get an accurate order. Everytime we come, half of the order is wrong. Even after confirming many times what we wanted. If the employees would write down the order and repeat it back, it would help a lot. Out of the 4 bagels I ordered, I only received 3 and none of them were toasted like I asked for multiple times.

How do you rate zero? This location has zombie employees wandering around, not knowing what they are doing. Missed online orders..charging your credit card then saying you'll have to pay again to get your food oh and "talk to corporate tomorrow or the next day about a refund if you really paid.." Get your tech right WB. Meantime I'd stay away from WB and go to Hanks around the corner, especially for the price.

Bagels seemed undercooked and we're doughy. Bagel was pretty small and thin as well. Definitely not New York style bagels. Lox we're old and appeared to be discolored on the edges. The cream cheese was cheap quality and left an oily residue in my mouth. Coffee was acceptable; if you like strong coffee this is NOT the place for you. While it was edible, I was completely dissatisfied and did not enjoy the meal at all and will not be returning any time soon.
