They made the mistake of forgetting to prepare my online order, but they sure did make up for it. Upon the email receipt, I had arrived about twenty minutes after I had ordered online. I found out my food had not even been made yet. I didn’t have anywhere to be. I went ahead and waited while they prepared my food. While waiting I was offered a second free soft drink, given a Big Oreo Pizza Cookie, and fresh made chocolate chip cookies. They went above and beyond to eliminate their mistakes and I’m thankful for that. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Good place with high quality, variety of customizable ingredients for a solid pie. Price is right for what you get mostly, some of the night staff suck at their job though. Easy to get to in downtown Burbank too, with parking right nearby. Staff are mostly awesome other than some bad apples. Good menu items and store is mostly clean/organized.

I’d heard the food here was decent, nothing special, so I was hesitant to try this place out.  But I am happy to report that I was pleasantly surpirised!  Granted, I had a pretty low bar but they far exceeded it.  The staff has a great sense of humor and dedication to their work and it’s because of them I come back weekly.
