Food was delicious and great customer service from our waitress. Going on weeknights are so much better for the happy hour =) and they’re not super busy I felt like we got our drinks and food pretty quick

The Mongolian Beef are to die for, along with the Shanghai Lo Mein and Orange Chicken. We came here tonight for our triple date night and it was the best choice. The staff and waiter was so friendly to our party. There was only 1 waiter working the restaurant so you'll have to be understanding due to the situation. But our food came out pretty fast and everything was so amazing. We got the Spicy Garlic Soy Edamame, Mongolian Beef, Chicken Fried Rice, Shanghai Lo Mein with Chicken, Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken. You scan the QR code for the menu but it wouldn't work on my phone since it's running off Google Drive and I have a Samsung S20+. Yes, it did take a while for our check to come but I mean they only had 1 waiter working the whole restaurant so we just made the best out of the situation.. They don't take reservations here anymore and they have outside dining if you prefer that. They also have a note on the table about max duration on how long you can dine there but I asked our waiter and he said it wasn't highly enforce.

Added cucumber to my rolls none of them had cucumber in them. - called nothing was done about it. I will update my review if this is fixed. For $100 I’d expect way better than this. I drove an hour home with it for what?????? Do not recommend take out from here ever Edit - I called back and was told it was my fault again because I should’ve put it in a note that the SUSHI ADD ON was something I wanted in the roll not next to the roll. They ruined my night completely. I’ll be calling corporate in the morning and the MANAGER WHO DIDNT CALL ME BACK at opening.

My beloved Wokano in Burbank, has let me down today. I went there looking forward to having the chicken Lo Mein and it came extremely salty. I ate the top part that had less salt. At the time of asking for the check I asked the waiter if they can add a little bit more noodles to make it less salty because I would like to take the rest of it home, the waiter said that will be extra Charge for it that I should have asked earlier when he brought it (like that will make a difference) I told him that if I had asked for it it earlier they would have to remake it or add noodles so it would be the same situation. He said he would have to talk to the manager, long story short manager came along (wearing an airpod on the right ear, he didn’t remove it to talk to me). I showed him how much soy sauce was in the plate (one of the pics), usually it is NOT like that. He said I would have to pay extra if I wanted more noodles to make it less salty. So I left the rest of the food There (more than half the plate). Manager Coming to talk to the me wearing an airpod in one ear, really? Gosh, I really miss good customer service.

Plenty of seating available. Full bar inside. Food was amazingly fresh and delicious. You like martinis? I recommend their pear apricot martini, very flavourful and packed a punch.

Absolute garbage service and food. They take 0 responsibility if the food is messed up. Greedy business. And they cant even get you an 80$ meal delivered. My curry was spilled everywhere in my food in sushi and in the bag. This is the WORST ESTABLISHMENT in burbank and i would rather have some chinese fast food outa dtla.

There is absolutely no way that they charge these prices without laughing in the customers faces? It’s essentially fast food Chinese and imitation Japanese food with high end dining prices. Think like Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, TGI Fridays but for Asian fusion. $24 for orange chicken?????? $14 for six bland dumplings? $21 for a sushi roll? How do customers keep returning here? I’m severely confused.
