Sonic Drive-in

I usually love this location, but today was very very disappointed and frustrated. I ordered from the window and got our stuff but Then decided to pull in a stall in order a couple of milkshakes well when I got the milkshakes one of them was completely melted into liquid and was warm like it was an old one sitting there. I grabbed mine and the top popped off and milkshake went everywhere. A huge mess all over my car And all she had to say when I called and asked for napkins was that the milkshakes were supposed to be that way and I shouldn't grab it from the top which I never grabbed it from the top I grabbed it from the cup and the top popped off of it so I was stuck there cleaning up with his there cleaning up a huge mess With a handful of napkins. She didn't even offer to give me a refund or make things right

I usually love sonic but this one sucked. We pulled in a stall to order since we’re on the road first they couldn’t get the speakers to work so they came out then refused to write down the order and instead wanted to just “remember it” which was difficult cause we had a big order. Then they went back in and missed half of it so we had to yell into the speakers attempting to get the order correct, we finally got it and then when the brought it out one of the drinks was literally in a gravy cup and we were missing several items we hit the button again to attempt to get it fixed cause the lady had already left and instead they brought out something completely wrong. We ended up just paying for the wrong items and left.

Buffalo sonic sucks every time I go there. Monday I went during my lunch break when they handed my receipt to me it was crumbled in a ball they said “we didn’t think you wanted it” well for one that’s why you ask me first! Then this morning I went for breakfast and they didn’t even make my burrito right it was cold and thrown together the cheese was not even melted. They need to find new employees.

Sonic on Hwy 79 in Buffalo, Texas was a HUGE disappointment. I ordered an order of onion rings in the drive through. What wasn't burnt, was not cooked on the inside and gooey mush. I ended up throwing the entire bag away. A BIG waste of Money!!! I was way down the road going home or I would've gone back and talked to manager!
