Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered from my app. Stood for quite awhile and finally had to ask if my order had been noted. Guess it was sitting quite awhile waiting. Not great when you order ice cream product. I could tell the boss wasn't around because the 5 people working in back were not really on the ball. But the blizzards are always good when I order from drive thru. So I'll do that from now on.

I've always been a fan of Dairy Queen. This review is not so much about thus particular location as it is about the ice cream we got here. The girl who waited on us was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and pleasant. But the soft serve ice cream that we had tasted like it was some sort of frozen artificial Cool Whip. It was terrible. I assume that this is the new Taste of Dairy Queen. We will try once more, maybe at a different location, and if it is the same taste as we had here, Dairy Queen will no longer be one of my favorites.
