The food was good and the lady who took our order inside was VERY NICE but the only part I did not like was the manager, she was rude to the nice lady and would always find some kind of reason to yell at her, it made me and my grandmother very uncomfortable, we even hear her say some unprofessional stuff, when someone asked what kind of sauce is good with the burrito or something she straight up said, I don’t like either of the sauces. I think the manager needs to be nice because it makes people not want to dine in.

I cannot comment enough on how nice these people are at this Buffalo location. I was just in today and was shown so much kindness from Nadia and her manager, brought me to tears. Thank you for all you do and your great food!

Friendly staff with superior customer service. Knew my food was going to be good, which it was. If staff are that nice, usually it's because they have good food with little or no customer complaints.

The thing that stands out the most was the amazing customer service. This is the only fast food restaurant I have been to where the staff not only brings you your meal, but checks back in with you.

Hands down one of the best Taco Johns around. Friendly, courteous employees that always make your food fresh and fast. I like that you can pick out your own hot and mild sauce or ketchup. Highly recommend.
