Mcdonald's

They love to ignore dash orders for hours , cancel your order , and to time it right before they close. But when you then go to get in your car to drive there, they lie and say they are only taking door dash orders. They should be embarrassed at the work ethic but then again they are McDonald's employees

Original post: A double cheeseburger comes with TWO pickles. Not NO pickles... not 1 pickle.. 2 pickles and 2 pieces of cheese. A mcdouble has 1 pickle and 1 piece of cheese October 7th Again a double cheeseburger with no pickles on it. Again 3/15/2021 another NO pickle day. Order extra despite being in the corrective order on the wrapper. Aug 25 2021. I asked for a chicken nuggets kids meal with PURE honey. Ladies at the 1st window added it after being corrected 3 times... even thought I never wanted honey MUSTARD sauce to begin with. Then instead of a coke which I ordered she input apple juice. I get to the second window, decide I don't care about the drink. I just want my honey. I asked if the PURE honey was in the bag.(BTW in-between giving me the apple juice, and my meal, he came back and asked if we had ordered whatever the guy behind me ordered, said no. I ordered a happy meal) Gentleman said yes. Guess what NO HONEY. Just honey mustard. After three times at the ordering screen. Confirming it again with the girl who charged me for it( it should come with the meal) and asking him if it was in the bag and him saying yes. Just shows that over all these months they HAVE NOT changed one bit. Photos included. 6/30/22.... still no pickles..

i waited for about 10 minutes at the drive through and no one took my order, we pulled to the first window to see if someone would take our order there and a man just walked by and stared at me. i waited a little longer and pulled past the second window and could see three different workers just sitting there. i double checked to see if they were open and they were. i hate this location, never receive good service here.

The location is clean. Updated with self ordering screens. Located on a busy intersection with a round a bout. Getting out of the parking lot is a pain because of the new traffic flow. Need another location in Dunkirk. This location is in a high traffic area near walmalt, restaurants and gas locations. VERY GOOD if you are passing through town and need to make a few different store runs in close proximity with each other. NEAR downtown fredonia where the clubs are and this works well on weekends when its late and everything is closed and you want to eat when the bars are closing. Remind them to put your sauce in the bag!😁

They really need to get their speaker fixed at the drive-thru. I asked for three caramel frapps. I thought the employee said drive around so that's what I did. I get up to the window she tells me "Can't make that right now, I said that over the mic." LOL No I really didn't hear that over the gibberish and static!
