Too 'new' ? dysfunctional...staff didn't seem to be engaged with the customer - could NOT understand order taker, hence screwed up the order. Coffee was lousy. Very disappointed. Will not go back to this location

Excellent service at this Dunkin! We had delicious fresh piping hot coffee and a wonderful iced coffee which both came just as ordered. Our breakfast sandwich and the bagel with cream cheese were also perfect. As a little something extra we ordered the potato cakes & a dougnut. Everything was yummy.

So I asked for a Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Plain Bagle and to please make sure it's toasted. This is what I got after already giving it back once to toast more... incompetent. I will not come back to this miserable place.

This place has gradually gotten worse and worse over the past year. The workers have become more and more rude and impatient. About 1 worker I can recall works there with a polite attitude, and I've seen him become more irritable over the course of the year too.
The line is always ungodly long, and more than one time it has been because they do not go to the machine to receive your order, so everyone is just sat there when nobody is getting anything. They seem dramatically understaffed, sometimes only two people are in there, with a 20 car line.
Today was noteworthily unpleasant. The line, naturally, was about 20 cars. Took about 30 minutes to get to the window to pick up the mobile order, and the worker didn't know what our order was meant to be so she just said "hello" and stared at us until we told her. I'd refer her to by name but she closed the window so aggressively and quickly that nobody caught it, but she was young and Asian. After not knowing the order, she gave it to us with no napkins or straws. Then she gave us 2 of the largest straws for a small drink, and only gave a straw for boba when asked for it, and she seemed very inconvenienced at that question despite it being quite literally necessary for the drink. She was thanked despite being unpleasant, to which she slammed the window shut and said nothing to us.
Normally I wouldn't feel compelled to be so detailed, but this is reoccurring and there is only one Dunkin in the area, and nothing has seemed to change. I do not really know who to blame, as it seems management and employees are both dropping the ball. I would suggest to go to the other one nearby, but it's about 10 minutes away, and in a very popular plaza, so itd really just be more convenient and nice for everybody if the workers/employers at the Sheridan one could do their jobs adequately, at the bare minimum. The bar is low.

Wildly inconsistent with the quality of my drinks. It's always a roll of the dice whether my order will be correct, but sadly it's the closest and most convenient location for me.

we usually come to this dunkin and i always get the same thing sometimes its AMAZING but sometimes its so bad i cant even drink it but today my friend got the new bubble tea and there was barely any bubbles in it and they didnt even give us the right straw so the bubbles didnt even fit very disappointed
