Mcdonald's

Today is my birthday. Trying to order 16 hot and spicy mcchicken to give it to the homeless but end up horrible. The employees were complaining about my orders right in front of me. Even making fun of me. Half of the burgers are burnt or uncooked . Manager didn’t say anything. If you don’t like you job please get the f out of there. Horrible horrible. Will never go back there again.

Every time I come late night or early morning, they have an excuse. It’s 5am and the lady tells me they are only doing door dash’s. That’s after waiting at the speakers for 7 minutes. No courtesy, I had to pull to the window and honk to get their attention. The place is advertised as being open 24hrs. * on may 14th, 2022 we sat on the drive through from 4:46 until 5::28 am waiting for our order. The two cars in front of us were unhappy and honked. The lady who claimed to having been a manager for 17 yrs took an issue with the angry customers. This the worst crew I’ve encountered multiple times. I am never coming here again for breakfast!

Not sure what happen when I went, but they didn't have anything. I couldn't get my strawberry banana smoothie or strawberry shake. Not sure if the workers new how to do it. It was busy but yet all the food was cold. There wasn't napkins and the tables were dirty. I didn't see the supervisor so he can assist I felt bad for the employees they looked lost. Gotta admit thou the person who did help he was very nice 👍 McDonald's needs to do better with fresh food and being on point smh

Employees were very rude and disrespect. Instead of getting our order the guy/girl was busy on his/her phone. He ask my boyfriend what sandwich he had and the only thing my boyfriend said whatever number 2 was in a nice way. The employee got upset and started going off on my him for no reason cuss words and like he/she was ready to fight him. I don't even want to give this place a star at just shut it down until you get respectful employees. The manager need to get fired to because she just stood there looking dumb and confused. The employees must run her.

You know the customer service is awful when a customer is more helpful than the staff. I stood there waiting to order for 5 minutes before the woman working told me that she doesn’t take orders, a customer had to tell me that you can only order on the one kiosk that’s working! Short staffed or not, it does not hurt to put on a happy face.

I came to the drive thru at 10:50pm. At 11:15 I finally could place my order, but the woman, instead of placing a QPC, started adding up foods I did not even order. Then she said “one moment” and never came back. I had to drive to the payment window to place my order. Now it’s 11:28 and I am finally eating. Edit: they even managed somehow to forget the pickles and the onion. The store manager should be replaced!

The bathrooms are some what ok. The store needs to be cleaner. As the counter girl saw another girl come into work she told her "Welcome to Hell" . As a customer we should not really hear that. When the counter girl came to help me . I asked " What specific Mario toy did she have?". Her reply was " I don't know.". And just stood there as to not go look. Very helpful and rude. I left.
