Zip's Pizza

Love Zip's food, but man, today was the last straw. I used to order there frequently on my lunch break. It was always late and gave me no time to eat, but whatever. It always takes longer than they say so I've adjusted. Tonight I placed my order, was told 20 minutes. Got there 45 minutes later. Waited in line and was told that they are just finishing it up. This turned out to be a blatant lie. He proceeded to casually talk to some of the other employees for a few minutes and then walked into the kitchen to start my food - 55 minutes after called (in plane view). Already late, I told them to cancel and walked out for 1 last time. Sorry guys, but you lost my business, and the many others I have recommended over the years. I used to brag about how good you were, but you've sure gone downhill.

the worst customer service and delivery, I order a pizza and takes almost two hours to get to my house and I live only 6 minutes from the place if the light at the intersection is red. The driver tells me the conditions outside are bad, at the time there was maybe a half of in of snow anywhere outside.

Always good food and usually decent service at a decent price, and you have to love how late they're open and how close they are. The fried dough bites are absolutely amazing, especially during the winter months when the carnivals and festivals are all in hibernation. I'm in there so often the whole evening/night crew know me by name the second I walk in the door if that says anything.

Man on the phone was highly rude. I waited 2 hours for Taco fries and when I recieved them it was missing a few of the toppings where missing and there was also hair in my food. When I called to speak to the manager she tried telling me that the missing toppings did not come with the Taco fries. Ive order these fries the same way many times and everything came on it. So I don’t see why one night the toppings changed. Horrible customer service. They need to bring Tyler H back.

Absolutely horrible. Doesn’t deserve one star. Late night worker told me to dig through my dumpster to find the old pizza i threw out that was disgusting, for a refund/replacement. I told him i refused to do that, he called me a sl*t and told me to F off! Every time i called for a manager he would hang up on me. Beware of this place, horrible food, horrible service.

Absolute worst pizza place in the area. Food arrived after an hour and a half and the cheese and toppings were slid to 1 side of the pizza..called to complain and the manager said he would credit for the next order...called about 2 weeks later and the manager said they had no idea what I was talking about.
