I don't want to be insensitive. However, the girl who took care of my order and I had a huge language barrier. Maybe for the future, include picture menu with items available for easier communication. Like point and click. One can still communicate quantities with no. of fingers. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because her partner at the counter saw the struggle and did not help her. At all. I ended up with coffee and Tim bits and that's because I pointed to the ad on counter. I wanted a wrap and drink. Someone should have given her help in communicating.

Mocha Iced Coffee completely disgusting and bitter. Plus coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup! What a waste of money. Don't employees realize that times are hard and going to fast food restaurants now a days is a treat more than a necessity. We're spending our hard-earned money on their products it shouldn't be garbage!! Management really needs to better train their employees.

God. Why do I keep coming here. Personally I think Dunkin and Starbucks are better. My kids like it. But coffee is bitter,acidic and taste like it's been sitting around for hours. Orders are always wrong. The sandwiches..ugh..disgusting and turn up the toaster..bagels are always barely toasted. Cold with a mountain of cream cheese..just gross. Hate this place but to each their own. My kids like it..so whatever.
