Mighty Taco

Good location!!! Love, love, love when they came downtown!!! March Madness is amazing, those fish tacos and good deals on your receipts. These two things got me hooked!!! Downtown so you know it will boom depending on when you go. Other times, it's just you and no line. The service and food is always on point. Staff will go the extra mile to make sure you are all set and not waiting long. Enough room to sit down and be sectioned off from the line area and it's always clean. Highly recommend this spot if you are new here, downtown hanging out and want something quick, light and healthy for you...

They get 1 star for being clean. I went for dinner tonight. I ordered Chili Nachos with extra Sour Cream. I got a pile of soggy chips with a small squirt of sour cream. They are supposed to come with SC already, so I paid extra for something I didn't get. The soggy chips were terrible. I also ordered a chix fajita with mild sauce. It was buried in extra hot sauce that burned my throat so baldy that I had to throw it out. The receipt was correct, but whoever made the order gave me the worst meal I've ever had at Mighty. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Won't go here again.

The cashier was nice but the food does not look like the pictures. They used square cheese instead of shredded, provolone instead of Colby Jack, and only put chicken and banana peppers in the quesadilla burrito. There was more cheese than anything else and it tasted very low quality. Taco bell is way better.

I wasn't overly impressed, I like mighty taco in general but at the time we went the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Ordering took forever, had to repeat it s veral times and it was still wrong in the end. They did replace the incorrect order but still it was a little ridiculous as we were quite literally the only people in there.

The staff was friendly and helpful, place was clean and staff was on top of it, but Mighty Taco as a whole is not as good as it used to be. No poppers or roastito anymore - my old favorites. Fajita with peppers is close to a roastito I suppose. No packets of sauce or anything else - you have to ask for it. The music was not obnoxious - mixed pop and modern soul. Server was familiar with gluten free issues and celiac. Would go again next f I wanted quick, cheap eats, a place to wait for a rideshare, meet a friend, etc.
