I see a lot of poor reviews. I think it's just a timing thing. The staff were kind and helpful when we were there. Our food was fine.

My morning stop. The employees are always friendly. My order is always correct. The drive thru goes quickly. Great job.

Every morning I order an ice coffee they give it to me in a fountain drink cup. They are always out of plastic ice coffee cups, it's just wrong!

Order two sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches.. ask for the English muffins to be double toasted.. and I get them un toasted!!! This is the fourth time in the past two weeks that my order is not prepared properly.. I don't think it's that hard to double toast a roll

I used to love starting my mornings with breakfast here but now it's so disappointing. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte(hot) and a hot chocolate. The HC was hot, but when I got handed my latte it was room temperature. I mean brewed 3 hours ago been sitting out on a counter somewhere temperature. I was given a new one but that shouldn't even have been a problem.

Says they close at 10, it’s before 9 and nobody is here. Growing up in WNY Tim Hortons used to be great but now they are all trash.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Unfortunately, it is the closest location to my home and for convenience, I find myself forced to pass through this location for my morning coffee and breakfast a few times a week.
3 out of 4 times, the sandwiches they serve are SEVERELY burned, (See my posted photo) and the staff is absolutely as rude as can be. I have witnessed on MULTIPLE occasions the manager of this location (skinny redhead with a tattoo sleeve) yell at customers. I have also had issues where they’ll ring me up for something, charge me, THEN tell me that they’re out of that product and get upset when I ask for a refund.
The staff is clearly poorly trained, and the management in place is a joke and should be removed from the positions they’re in.
The coffee itself is decent at this location, but that’s no excuse to treat your customers like they’re an inconvenience.
