Panino Rustico is absolutely amazing. There is just no other way to sum up my repeated experiences with this restaurant.
The food is truly great, tasty, well priced and fresh. They nave a very fast delivery.
Looking at my Lox Bagel, just look at the thickness of that salmon. I have similar experience with the salad. Truly an amazing place. 👍👍👍

Friendly staff, delicious food, reasonable prices. I ordered a turkey/cheese/lettuce/tomato wrap with mayo and a lemonade. Every bite was delicious, I had to question my sanity because I could not get over how good it was. It's a turkey and cheese wrap, so what. Well it was perfection. Everything was fresh and delicious and made with care. I'll be back! And I'm bringing my friends.

Best paninis, wraps and salads EVER! We honestly order here every week if we can, sometimes twice a week. We can’t get enough! Quality ingredients and everything tastes delicious ALWAYS. The delivery drivers are SO nice and the moment we order, they’re already there to deliver the food. They’re also so accommodating to any request, like today I wanted red onions on my wrap and they put them on! My brother wanted fried chicken instead of grilled chicken, they put chicken fingers in! We love Panino💕

This place was great!
We have been trying to get here for a while. We finally decided to try it out really quickly so we just got some coffee. The coffee was great, the atmosphere was great and we truly enjoyed our visit. We are anticipating our return visit.

The food is always fresh and flavorful! I order from here on a weekly basis and they pay attention to order notes every time. I've never had a problem with any of my food.

-Super delish !!! We had paninis P52 & P53 which the waitress Emily recommended! They were AMAZING 😍 also order a hot chocolate, was a bit too dark for my taste but delightful either way.
This place is taking covid precautions very seriously, they now have one time use (utensils,plates, cups and menus) and you can’t miss the sweetheart Michael who’s the owner and is running around the place making sure everything is intact, he recommended us the banana/strawberries crepé for dessert 👌
***bonus they are now setting up outside dinning, which looks super cute for the summer.

I was so happy to find this place. After multiple recommendations from other people in the neighborhood, I had high expectations and they were exceeded. It's rare for me to eat a salad that has me thinking about it days later, but this salad was that good. And the bruschetta was incredible. I got the eggplant and goat cheese and I wish I had ordered more than one piece. Their desserts looked amazing as well, and everyone that worked there was really helpful with recommendations. It's cash only, but they have an ATM with a very reasonable 99 cent fee. I recently went back and tried two other bruschetta options and they were equally as delicious. I would eat here all the time if it were in Astoria.
