Rocco Pizza

we’ve ordered from them a about 4 times now and we’ve had issues with half the orders. Last time there was no chicken in the pasta with vodka sauce with chicken added (and yes i checked that it was supposed to have chicken) that we paid for. This time we ordered at 8:50 with expected delivery 9:20. We waited 20 minutes last delivery time before calling to check, as it was a friday night, and we were told that the food was ready but it just hadn’t gone out. Roll around to 10:30 and the food shows up PIPPING hot. Definitely JUST made. It would have been more appreciated if they had just been honest and said they missed the order and would prepare it and send it out. It was most upsetting as part of the order was for my 5yo son, who in the meantime fell asleep waiting for his mini personal pizza to arrive. Also the vodka sauce was extremely light, almost looked like queso.

It's a shame I have to leave such a poor review, because the pizza here is delicious. They have an extreme customer service issue though. I've been going here for 6 months, and 80% of the time the pizza is done 20-30 minutes later than they said it would be. Tonight was the final straw, when we ordered a pizza at 4:30, and didn't get it until 6:10. When we got there at the estimated time (5:25), they admitted they hadn't made the pizza and it would be about 20 minutes. 20 minutes passed, and it was clear they hadn't put our pizza in. People who ordered after us were leaving before us. What we got in the end clearly wasn't even supposed to be our pizza. Unfortunately good pizza can't make up for terrible service. I won't be going to this establishment again.

Alright I'd like to post a fair review. First the good, GREAT slices of pizza, pepperoni wheels, and rolls(chicken, or sausage). But, I ordered the pasta. First off I ordered spaghetti and got penne, they offered to correct but the order was to go and I couldn't wait. Second the penne was over cooked. The sauce was low quality and the meat balls were a great texture but had no flavor. I hope they can focus in on what's good and cut out the bad. Great service as always.

There is nothing at all spectacular about this pizza. I am hardly impressed. I live a 1 minute walk from this pizza place, LOVE PIZZA, but do not get my pizza from here anymore. I have tried Rocco's pizza from this location on at least 3 occassions and also had a sausage calzone from there... again, never ever again.

this is second time roccos pizza charged me for 4 slices with extra cheese and I only received 1 slice with extra cheese I ordered the same order yesterday and I received the same results 1 slice with extra cheese not all 4 slices I will never order from this place again sad service and delivery issues

Fast, efficient service--was in and out in under 5. Prices are pretty average. Always love a solid neighborhood pizza spot! The famous grandma slice was not available when I came in. Plain slice: Crust is crisp and flaky on the outside, stretchy on the inside. The cheese and tomato don't stick out flavor-wise...not necessarily a bad thing. It's one of those where all the flavors meld together into one tasty entity. Slightly more herbaceous than the average plain. Well-seasoned. White slice: See above. Mozzarella comes through very rich and savory. Pillows of super sweet, fluffy ricotta float on top, nicely countering the saltiness below. I hit mine with red pepper flakes to wake things up. Delicious! Sicilian: Generous melty stretchy cheese and sauce! Tomato sauce is neutral, neither especially tangy nor sweet. Crust has a beautifully oily crisp outside, and an airy stretchy inside.
