Empire Grill

Eaten here a couple times now and found the food both very tasty and also quite competitively priced for kosher food. The baguettes used for their sandwiches, seem to be baked in house and the portions were quite substantial as well as filling. There was a choice of seating but the restaurant was certainly not empty and the staff behind the counter were both knowledgeable of the menu options and friendly. There were a few delivery bikes outside, so they must also do some deliveries but I don't know the range? All in all it's certainly quite a good place, I'll certainly come again when I'm in the neighborhood.

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in here and the waitress barely understood my question I had to repeat it 3 times. I seated myself with my two friends and we ordered 3 drinks. we only came here for the drinks which are enough money to be seated at a table. 15 minutes after sitting at a table we were kicked out of the table and told to the move to the bar because the tables are for being buying dinner. HALF THE RESTURANT IS EMPTY AND I HAVE A PICTURE OF THAT TOO. there are several empty tables and I'm paying for drinks and service, why shouldn't I have a table? this is the waitresses mistake for letting us sit here and giving us menus. I am disgusted with their service and will never recommend this place to anybody, the floor and bar is dirty also. I see mold on the on refrigerators, I don't why I came here in the first. My next phone call will be to the better business bureau because this place has rats behind the bar.

While trying to place an order for delivery, they hung up on me the first time I called before I could give them my cc info or address. I called back to give my info and was on hold with them for 6 min before I hung up and tried to call back. I called again and was on hold for another 4 min before they hung up on me. Also, they don't actually put you on hold or mute, they just put the phone down so I have to bear with the lound activity happening there while waiting. The food isn't very good either, I only order from here to have a Kosher meal with my orthodox family.

Place is quite and clean . I visited this establishment on thursday 2pm . Food was fresh but presentation was very poor . Salad had no sauce and there was not much options offered. Food had no seasoning and very bland . Owner was curious and polite . One man show operation . Portion was small but pricey. You would expect to get much more for that kind of money . Parking is a headache as is all over brooklyn . Kashrut is excelent but i didnot see mashciach on site

Don't read the other positive posts about this restaurant because they are for sure made by their employees. The food is sub-par. The people who work there are awful. It takes a while to receive the food after ordering, and don't event try to call in because your order will come out wrong. This has happened to me so many times now. I will never be ordering from here again. For better service/kosher option just go to Kingston Pizza up the street or the grocery store.
