Pressed Juicery

Loved pressed until today when I was restocking juices from them. one of the Root 1 is looking off with its plastic bottle looking extra puffed up almost like gases is building up inside the bottle and immediately after taking the cap off that bottle, what’s inside smelled nothing like normalcy and it’s giving a rotting sour smell. A quality control issue that is potentially dangerous to any customer, the rest of my order along with the hundreds of pressed juices I had in the past was fine, but one hiccup like this is enough to turn that health drink into a health hazard.

One of the girls (whose name I don't know) working there was not polite at all. I asked if they had chlorophyll shots in stock and I guess she couldn't hear me, and her response was "What?" with an attitude. I repeated myself and she answered "Yes, " but again with an attitude. Just to make sure I wasn't overthinking, I asked the person with me if they thought she was rude too, and they agreed. Overall, I really like Pressed Juicery for their products and promotions, but this one girl needs to check herself.

Listen, Pressed is great—love the juices, love the freezes as a late night treat, and I even love the app + rewards program. But—dear god—every time I walk in here it's like I am ruining the night of whoever happens to be working. I consider myself a fairly friendly face at first blush and the outright rudeness, disrespect and shade being thrown at all hours of the day is just ungodly. Like I didn't kill anyone. I didn't do anything to deserve this. I'm just trying to live my life and I'm sorry if that means interrupting the hotbox session in the back. You don't even have to be cordial, just neutral would be great. Again, the products are pretty good lol

I went in for a three day cleanse and the associate was very helpful. I don’t remember her name but she is the nice young lady packing the bag.. and yes I made her aware I was snapping a photo. Thanks for being awesome and thoroughly explaining each juice cleanse option. I opted for the intermediate level and today is my second day. Going well so far.

I really like this place, the juices are delicious and affordable, the location super convenient and they have a great rewards system. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. The other day there was a problem with charging my card due to the connection and after a few tries they gave me my juices free of charge! I’m very glad this spot survived the pandemic and the L train renovation.
