The Mayu Ramen (Black Garlic) is so delicious!!! Rich and savory without being heavy. Deep roasted garlic flavor and SLABS of pork compliment perfectly al dente noodles and soft-boiled egg. Scallions and a hint of heat = perfection. Duck Bun is a great app to start. Honestly some of the best no-frills ramen in modest, modern digs.

Literally some of the best food I have ever tasted in my life. The pork, OH MY GOD THE PORK, WAS THE MOST TENDER, JUICY, FALL OFF THE BONE PORK I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. My friends and I literally just went here on a whim and I'm so glad we did. Definitely one of the better decisions of my life.

I visited this restaurant on a cold rainy day in Dumbo and soup is just was was needed. Rather the delicious ramen offered here at Ramen Bar is what I was seeking. This was perfect. Lots of options, the price is fair and the staff were extremely attentive. Its worth a visit, and a must if you live/work in the neighborhood.

We ate here last weekend and it was superb! The pork bun was delicious. The shredded pork is meaty and saucy, you might need to order extra steamed buns... yumeeee! We loved our Ramen (shoyu, miso). Broth was rich, charchiu is tender, noodles on the firm side. Overall, we left very satisfied. Oh and it is cash only. There is an ATM inside so you wont have to go outside looking for one.

A very welcome new addition to the neighborhood by the owners of Archway Café and Love and Dough just up the street. Love to come here for lunch, especially when the weather is cold for a conforting bowl of Ramen.
Being vegetarian I've only had the veg ramen and salads which were all delicious but have come here with meat eaters who were equally satisfied with their meals.
The decor is clean and modern with a nice counter which I prefer sitting at when dining alone. The service is fast and the staff are friendly and attentive. Great spot which I hope will be around for a long time!
