They were Great! They were outstanding!! They made some of the best pizza and heroes that I've ever had, and I worked my way through College spinning pies on SI!!! Unfortunately, they permanently closed in March. Farewell, La Sorrentina: You made me truly enjoy living in Dyker Heights.

Delicious food, very attentive service. The veal was sooo tender! Was there for an office party - too much food, but it was so good, I couldn't stop eating everything! Calamari, clams, garlic knots, penne, more clams (red sauce, white sauce, baked-stuffed), fresh mozzarella, pizza, string beans and carrots, fresh fish . . . Yum!

We celebrated our son's 21st birthday by having dinner here. It was delicious and the staff was wonderful. Our waiter brought out a dessert plate for us as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful time

Don't seat in the take out side, there's no AC. We sat in the second door in of the restaurant which with AC in the hot days. The food is good, and the waiters are so friendly. But don't expect for a handsome young man, you will be so disappointed, because you are late for 40 years. Their T-bone steak was kind of big. I can't finished.

Amazing food!! Had the lobster oregonata special over linguini, it was to die for. The servers were so friendly and welcoming it was a beautiful experience. It has a very cozy, family style vibe, where people really care to get to know the customers. Love it. Highly recommend.

Amazing Italian food. Its Brooklyn, so parking can be challenging. Staff speaks Italian and some members do have a thick accent. But overall amazing. Great for special occasions.
The daily specials are usually really good. Be sure to listen to them.

Very friendly and the food was very fresh
We shared a quick lunch had a dish of fried calamari, large fried shrimps and chicken parmigiana. Price was very reasonable the waiter was an old gentleman who was the nicest person to talk to.

This is our families favorite restaurant in Brooklyn. My son says we should give it more stars. The food is excellent, and the service beyond expectation.

Food was good did not get sick..Ordered cheese ravioli, with tomato sauce. Plus fried calamari and seafood salad the food was fresh tasted like homemade. The sauce was FRESH. Not dark and acidy. The owner routinely came to check on the service.the waiters were attentive, patient and offered sample before ordering.
