So New York. The bagels are 10/10 incredible and made with care. The people working at the counter are fantastic too. Outside seating only but that’s ok bc it’s a quick stop in kinda place

Zaatar Bagel w/Olive Cream Cheese is amazing. The flavor of the bagel paired nicely with the cream cheese. This was recommended by the gentleman who took our order and he didn't steer us wrong.
I'd totally go back to see what other unique flavors they have and when in doubt, ask for a recommendation and be adventurous.
You can tell this has been around awhile, the shop is quaint and you can see the age and history here.

came to Olde Brooklyn Bagel Shop via a promotion. ordered a Zaatar Bagel with Horseradish-Dill cream cheese. Nice chewy bagel inside combined with a Zaatar -covered outside. the Zaatar blend is doesn’t overpower the bagel—but gives off a a very Middle Eastern herby and nutty flavor. the horseradish-dill cream cheese is a fatty smooth spread, but I wish it had more punch and flavor to it as the horseradish-ness is more faint than a spicy peppery-ness that one associated with horseradish. shop is neatly kept and organized. there is no seating inside and only a couple of benches outside. service is quick.

Solid bagels. They are the proper combination of chewy and fluffy with a good hard crust. They have outdoor seating set up which was very convenient.

I stopped by this place to get a lox bagel and really enjoyed it. I had an everything bagel which was perfectly soft on the inside yet crunchy on the outside. The lox and accompanying cream cheese and veggies weee also delicious. I’d come back here to pick up bagels again

I’m the past the gluten-free bagels here were almost mini pizza-bagel sized, but it appears they have started making them bigger! That being said, it wasn’t cheap, but a nice treat!
I had been going to another place because theirs were normal sized, but decided to stop in today because I was craving their sun-dried tomato, tofu cream cheese.
I was happily surprised to see the size today! Texture was also very close to the classic New York (glutenous) bagels we all know and love (which I can’t eat anymore). This one today was tasty and nostalgic. The everything seasoning reminded me of childhood.
I make my breakfast most days, but I will start coming back here more often if they keep it up!

Was excited for this spot because it had a long line which is usually a good sign.
Got the sausage egg and cheese and was disappointed to see that it was the smallest sausage Pattie’s I’ve ever seen.
The bagel was okay, but not my favorite.
— update: apologize for the bad review , we have gone back here several times and it is much better.

Too in love to snap a photo first!! Best bagel I’ve had in my life! I had it with the Mexican Tuna Salad (don’t order if you don’t like spice!!). Had it on an everything bagel. 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!

Really solid bagels. Super fast service.
No indoor seating or bathroom. You’ll carry your bagel out with you. There are benches outside which you can sit on.
Ordering, here’s a little bit interesting, you’ll start a loop that goes between the refrigerators and shelves, and it’ll take me to the far end of the counter where you’ll order. once you’re done ordering, they’ll give you a piece of paper with your items, kind of like a receipt. You’re done go along the counter to the cashier where you’ll pay. Once you’re done paying you wait after the cashier until your items ready to pull out your number and I’ll give you your stuff.

Simply stated, an elite NYC bagel. The dough is light, airy, and has a delightfully soft texture to the bite that is accompanied by a welcomed crisp exterior. The bagel was the star is the ensemble which is exactly how it’s supposed to be. Olde Brooklyn Bagel Shoppe is second in NYC bagel hierarchy heeding only to Absolute Bagel IMHO - be prepared for a wait.
