This is a great place especially if you have young children. Soft play area is useful and the the food and coffee is good. I do think some of the criticism is a little unfair. Ok the food is not 5 star but hey this place is not fine dining it’s a casual cafe offering extras and quick Italian meals. There was a comment that a can of coke costing nearly!!!!!! £2. Infact the canned drinks are £1.40. The staff are very friendly and I would always return. The staff do also help police with the anti social behaviour that can occur around the “COUNCIL RUN” toilets too which helps keep our children’s park a safer place.

Held our sons birthday party here. The staff could not help enough and it was a fantastic location with the small soft play and the playground outside. The pizza's were amazing - everyone kept talking about them and the coffee is really tasty. I come here most wednesday with my son and we are always looked after.

Stopped here by chance and i was quite surprised! A great selection of Italian style sandwiches and snacks on display. We ordered pizza and it was delicious, a proper neapolitan base pizza and generously topped. No alcohol served though (Pizza and beer is a perfect marriage) and also not open in the evening times :-( but we will be definitely going back

Good location for light and airy cafe, in the middle of The Level, between the skateboard area and children's play area. Does a good range of food and drink. Usually busy during the day. In the summer months there is an outside sitting area, it also does take away drinks so if you are with children you can take your drink to enjoy and watch them have fun in the park. This is a popular venue for parents with young children during the day and to encourage them there is an indoor soft play area. Has a pizza oven and reportedly does make good pizzas, I can't verify this but can attest that the snacks and cakes are excellent. This place is on my go back to list.
