I placed a bigger order with some items and a Mexican Pizza and Grilled Cheese Nacho Fries. It was all made perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time, especially given how many things were in the order. I couldn't have asked for better service and food quality from a Taco Bell. Just look at how the Grilled Cheese Fries came out!
I've had some small issues in the past but lately it's been great.

The woman at the drive thru window saturday night was increadable. We were drunk and hungry and she dealt with it and was so nicr and patient. So thank you

Stopped in Boston, Mass. The service was great and the server was very friendly. Better experience here than at the one back home in Arizona. 🙂

This is our favourite Taco Bell we’ve ever been to. The tacos were so full, the service really great.

Customer service was excellent. The young man at the drive thru seemed to be doing everything by himself (answering/taking orders, making the drinks, etc.) and he did it all with a smile. Made service and the line move along slowly, understandable, hence the 4, not 5 stars. Food was hot and made right.

Decent place. This spot gets a bad rap but it's one of the few places in Massachusetts where you can get Taco Bell, let alone a Long John's Silver. I always over order here. I love their fish and chips along with some tacos!

I love this Taco Bell. Great service and delicious food. I come here regularly because it is one of the only fast food places where you can get vegan food!
