Bought some Alemana cup cakes which had stayed on the shelf for a long time. They were hard as a rock!! My upper gum hurts😅…3rd time I’ve bought the same product here. They could check their products regularly.

I go to this location 7-11 3 times a day for the past 5 years and the owners are really nice. But the employees are so slow that people leave the line.. to people at the counter and the clerks move like snails. The older guy on the overnights takes a minimum of 5 mins for one transaction. I was in line this morning and 2 people in front of me he took so long I left... and there’s a girl clerk during the day that if you win on a scratch ticket she stands there and scratches of every spot you won on and then just stares at it. That is not necessary, all she has to do is scan the ticket or scratch the bottom of the ticket and type in the code... she don’t need to stand there and scratch of the whole ticket and stare at it for a long time and add up how much a person wins and then she scans it through the machine.. it kinda don’t trust her so if she’s there I won’t do lottery

Guy at counter (seems like owner) was abusive to an employee in front of a lot of customers. He was micromanaging him and talking down to him. It was very uncomfortable for the employee and everyone else. I would recommend going to one of the other 3 convenience stores just a few feet away, where people are kind and nice to one another.

I have been going there nearly 2-3 times a day since their pre 7-11 days (when they were Christy's Market - Mohamad was even the manager back then!!) Yes, I'm pretty sure who that slow night time guy is, and if it is who I think he is, he has been replaced. Now that the reviewer mentions it, I have noticed that the AM ladies do take to long with the scratch cards at times. I will mention this casually next time I see Mohamad. On the whole. I am always in and out very quickly, and have always been treated with dignity and respect.

Easy to see right off of Beacon Street servicing Brighton and the adjoining areas of Massachusetts. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Moderately clean facilities. No public Restroom. Staff is ok. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

As standard 7-Eleven's go, it is what you expect. They have your usual quick knick knacks from snacks to slushies and headache medicine. Nothing outrageous, you know? However this is the second time I have come in and have been met with uncooperative and passive aggressive behavior. I am going to be very frank- I have managed customer service jobs for over 5 years and understand that policies are in place to ensure optimal and equal customer satisfaction whilemaintaing the company's integrity. However if there is something I have learned, you definitely don't tell customers they are only there for profit. I came in this early morning to refill my T-card; unfortunately I did not have any cash on me, otherwise I would have just done it as I boarded the train. The gentleman greeted me politely and all was well until I had asked to refill my card while holding my debit card. He quickly conveyed, in distasteful behavior, saying along the lines, "Do you not have cash on you?" I exclaim no, and he repeats himself, "Are you sure you don't have any cash?"... I mean, evidently I don't if I am here attempting to use my debit card. He tells me since they don't make any money from refilling T cards, that I need to buy something in order for him to perform the transaction. I was puzzled and short tempered, and in a hurry to make it to work, so I ask, "Is there another reason why, other than using me as a cash cow?" He was definitely taken aback and continued that this service was only for those who bought something else in the store. Peeved beyond comprehension, I told him that the fact your company doesn't make money off of refilling T-cards is not my problem or policy, but forcing me to buy something so that you can make a penny is asinine. He shrugged his shoulders and said you should have had cash. I angrily grab a stick of gum and wait for the transaction to process. Once processed, we both bid eachother a bittersweet good day and carry on. Now I do not usually have anything to say regarding others' conduct of business, but why have a service that is what it is- a service - not easily executed without using people for their money? Either revaluate your services, your employees' customer service skills, or your company's policies and really wonder, "How does this even make sense?"

It's a typical 7-11, a convenience store to help you out when it's a "milk, bread, chips" emergency!
