Easily the nicest staff of any Starbucks in the city. I used to go to Boylston on my morning walk but these guys always get my order quick and fast. A few of the baristas in here have the best energy and really pump me up for a day of work!

this starbucks has the BEST employees ever. they make great drinks and are always so friendly to me. it’s my regular coffee stop and i go there a couple times a week. it definitely gets pretty busy since it’s right by the hospital, but the employees always handle it well.

Really nice here. I ordered the wrong tea and after paying they changed it for me. I then also forgot to mention that i wanted almond milk they changed it again without charge!

Usually I prefer boutique place for coffee. This is in my hood, the staff is so courteous and friendly. It is the staff that make this a place for me to grab a quick Cap in the morning and chill at OWC Food Forest on the corner of Stanford and Cambridge.
Love my neighborhood.

Every Starbucks is great. The employees are just so pleasant.
I take the train to work and no matter what my mood is. I know when I go into Starbucks I'll leave with a smile. The employees just brighten my day.
Their what I call people of good will.... My favorite Starbucks is in Harvard Square. The employees also call me by my name.. Rain or snow I'll always smile walking out.

The place to grab a good cup of coffee to warm up, it can get crowded especially during mornings. Reasonable sitting space inside, wifi connection works fine if you need it to work. This branch accepts ordering ahead through Starbuck's app.

This is a reliable Starbucks - they are quick and friendly. Starbucks is essentially fast food but the orders are always made/warmed up appropriately in my experience. There always seems to be a friendly amount of study/work patrons making this a good place to hang out, if needed.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff know me by name and make my lattes in a timely manner. I purchased a personal gift. The Barrista that was working took the time to help me. It made a tremendous difference in my experience. I also spent more money. Lol.

Staff are always nice and friendly. Standard menu (beverage and food items) and standard free wifi (google starbucks). 10-20 seating in total (depends on how tight people sit I guess), and typically empty spots are available. Lines are longest around lunch hours though typically not that bad.
