Ice cream itself was very good, and we liked being able to watch it being made! It was a bit of a bummer that the sesame flavor wasn’t available, since it was what I was there for, but both the matcha flavor and the cookie butter were not overly creamy and not too sweet. If anything it was a bit firmer than regular ice cream, but I didn’t mind it. The presentation is very aesthetic and I enjoyed that he crushed the oreo into my matcha ice cream in the making process. I found it hard to give it five stars because it was 1) expensive - it was $8.25 for a small cup, though I suppose I could rationalize this due to the number of toppings and getting to watch it being made, 2) only accepted cash, which is inconvenient, 3) the sauce felt a bit much, as it covered up the flavors of the ice cream and toppings. Overall, I still recommend paying this place a visit if you like ice cream and want to try interesting variations!

Experienced workers, very delicious ice creams/desserts. Hand made. Cash only. Long line but pretty quick to make the orders. Would definitely go again. No wheelchair access/entrance.

If need something to cool yourself down, Juicy Spot Cafe is the place. You have to order the stir-fried ice cream rolls.

A grudging 3 stars. More like 2.5. They have a $10 credit card minimum, and all of their ice cream is $7.50. I decided to try 2 to meet the minimum. I got the oreo flavor and cookie butter flavor. Both were really dry. The ice cream gets scraped so thin that it has no body. Service was less than helpful. I finished 1 and tossed the oreo because it was so disappointing. I could have sold out and gone to Ben and Jerry's. Next time I will.

Great place for dessert and late night snacks! The egg waffles were made fresh and the ice cream, hand rolled right in front of you behind a glass window, was creamy and delicious. Lots of interesting flavours and combinations. Worth the try!

Dessert and a show! Juicy Spot is to ice cream what Benihana is to Japanese food. Watching the workers prepare the ice cream is fascinating and thoroughly entertaining. The menu is full of interesting, non-western flavors (I had the black sesame ice cream with mochi and grass jelly).
If it weren't so expensive ($7.50 +tax per serving) I would go back often.
I recommend Juicy Spot as an occasional treat, but not as my go-to ice cream.

This place serves up entertainment as well as tasty treats! It is fun to watch them mix and roll the ice cream. The Ferrero Roche ice cream rolls were divine! And definitely try out the egg waffles for semi-sweet treat! They can be eaten alone or with the ice cream.
