Shin Hakata Ramen

Friendly and down to earth staff make dining experiences so much better!!!! The waiters were very likable and didn't mind taking time to explain different items on the menu to us, and emphasis on the fact that we had gone during peak rush hour at night where the place was full house and had a line outside. The ramen broths here are to die for, and we also tried their rice noodle dishes which tasted very authentic and were packed with lots of spices. They also have a selection of beer and sake for those who are looking for something more "fun" than just sodas and juices. Atmosphere was also very cozy and very clean too. Great place to eat a hearty and tasty meal out at with friends or family without breaking the bank.

I come here often as it is one of few places in Back Bay where I can get a decent meal on a college student budget. The staff are always kind and attentive, and the food comes out quickly. The food itself is delicious — I typically get the curry chicken rice bowl and it’s the perfect amount of food. Overall a great place.

I stumbled on this place on a night out, and I have to say, it blew my friend and I away. The menus were complicated, we just wanted basic chicken ramen and needed to explain to the waiter what we were looking for and he helped us pick what was closest. But the food was 11/10! And super affordable! We will absolutely be going back!

I love to go to this place for the convenient location due to it being between many universities, but the food isn’t always consistent when I get there. Sometimes the broth can be too watery when receiving the rice noodles however it’s usually great! My favorite dish here is for sure the Chinese Crepe! It has a nice crisp to it and a strong flavor to it! I usually get the Tomato Beef Rice Noodle! The beef in the soup has been really chewy and hard to bite through in the recent times I have gotten it but asides from then it has been really tasty especially when you add extra spice to it!
