They make a nice cup of brewed coffee. Their second floor room is pleasant and relaxing.

Wanted to give recognition to one of the baristas, I believe their name was Jacqui. They were greeting everyone as they came in, making all the drinks super fast, and answering questions from customers at the same time. Give them a raise!

Starbucks offer quality and consistency.
Great beans make great coffee. Lots of care and diligence goes into making their handcrafted specialty drinks. Lots of flavor in their baked goods, protein boxes, and sandwiches.
Very friendly staff. Nice second floor lounge with lots of seating anf window views of Faneuil Hall.

The staff here were really nice and helped guide me through a drink choice I had never had before. The location is great. Hope that Starbucks can eventually bring them selves to offer just one vegan baked good. That would be the icing on the cake so to speak. The only criticism was that the toilet roll was empty for all the ladies and clearly the clientele need some manners as the bathroom was a disaster!
