It is spacious, clean, and has ample seating. There is also power at the tables. Staffs were very friendly and excellent service.

Shout-out to this amazing Starbucks crew that delivers exactly what you ordered with a smile. It’s by far one of the busiest locations in Boston for a reason!! I especially appreciate the extra foam on my cold brew!! 5+/5

Sean the barista mispronounced my name, mishandled my food, put a rat in my drink, bullied me, and made me cry. Horrible experience and service. I give it a 5/5.

5 stars for the super friendly staff! Ha in particular makes all the customers feel welcome. She remembers all the regulars by name and when she's making drinks, they're always made perfectly. Would always recommend this location!

Have been there multiple times since I have moved to Boston. In and out, no problems. Now I'm sure they have times when they are super busy, but show me a business in a major city that isn't.

I liked this Starbucks a lot - did work here for a couple days. Staff were friendly. My only minor quibble is that music was too loud (and repetitive) for my taste.
