Classic Irish Pub, great punk rock music, cold beers, incredibly friendly staff. This place is great if a bit small. Only complaint is they don't have my preferred beer on tap, but that's hardly a problem with their selection.

Stopped here on a historical pub crawl through union street. Staff friendly and beer selection was great. Definitely a Irish pub atmosphere. Price was comparable for the area. Definitely a good stop for lunch or a drink while touring Boston.

Went for lunch. Had the fish sandwich and Shepard's pie. The order came out very quickly. Our server was attentive and helpful. Only disappointment was that the pie had corn in it which wasn't mentioned on the menu, only the other vegetables. Appreciated the old pub style feel to the place.

The band Cherry Bomb plays here sometimes, love to dance to their music- big crowd, everyone dancing. Upstairs there was a different vibe of old remixes, it was dark and flashing lights. Super fun mix between upstairs and downstairs. If you can’t get a person to dance downstairs, try upstairs it might be more their style. Always have fun when I go here. Bouncer is really nice

Unassuming and chill. It may get more crazy later in the day, but my friends and I came here for drinks and oysters. We were not disappointed. For $1.50 oysters, they were pretty good! They came with cocktail sauce, horseradish & lemon served in the half shell. They have outdoor seating and Neil, the bartender, was lovely. Definitely a nice hangout spot.

Went there for lunch on Friday. it was not crowded. great selection of local craft beers. Oysters were fresh and burger was done as ordered (raw cooked wih no tomatoes). Good thing about burger is that you can build it according to your taste. And the bartender was a great guy. Former military who served in army for 10 years. very friendly guy. enjoyed talking with him. Price is quite cheap for boston standard. Ordered half dozen oysters, Burger and 3 beers. Bill came for 37 USD.
