I come to this location almost every morning. Once, I had an issue with my card and my drink was already being made. Rich told me not to worry and let me get my drink either way. Really appreciate the customer service from him. Will definitely continue visiting this location because of the great experience. Thank you!

I lost track of how many times we visited this Starbucks during a conference at the Marriott. Prompt, courteous, and incredibly patient service during a very busy weekend. All of my drinks were made perfectly (I may have strained their stock of supplies for Chai with espresso by the end of our stay!)

So how can you rate Starbucks, other than friendly and efficient employees here at the Marriott Copley? Honestly, try Verona in a Nespresso at home. Leaves you wanting the froth.

I usually go to Starbucks wherever I happen to be, but when the hotel that its located in is very busy, then you're gonna expect some slow service as they need to have more staff manning cashiers. However, even though there was along wait, I was able to enjoy my drinks. Nice option to add in the hotel and mall overall.

If you're grabbing anything with espresso during morning rush hour, be prepared to wait up to 20 mins... this is my regular go to starbucks location but it's best to order way ahead. The guys that work here are great and some of the fastest baristas I've seen but as even they've shared, they could really use a 3rd espresso machine.. -1 star for the wait but otherwise A+!
