The Dizzy Donkey

After hearing from a freind how good this place is we thought it’s only right to find out for ourselves, well he wasn’t messing! From the moment we stepped foot upstairs we felt at home after a warm welcome by the owners, the cocktails are second to none and only 2 for €13, With free nibbles of your choice with every drink! Bargain! The food was spot on, we devoured the lot! Proper tasty home cooked traditional tapas! Again all very reasonably priced. The pictures say it all really… Definitely suggest booking as it gets busy… and for a reason. Massive thanks to the whole dizzy donkey team for a boss day, we look forward to visiting again soon! Visited here twice whilst on holiday last week and quite frankly they were the highlights of our week in benalmadena. The fist time we were just goin in for a quick drink .but as soon as we sat down adam and Alicia and the rest of the staff were so friendly and welcoming that we decided to stay for a few more drinks then cocktails which were amazing and so reasonably priced ....then we tried the tapas dishes were soooo amazing ,full of flavour it was so good we booked for a evening meal which excelled our expectations, we stayed most of the night and Adam and Alicia are so friendly warm and welcoming u feel relaxed and comfortable. we had plenty of cocktails ...the zombie cocktail is a must have BUT it is strong ...u have to try it trust me u won't be disappointed..... If u want to relax have great food and drinks at a place that makes you feel your on holiday then this is a no1 spot to go 👍👍❤️ We wish u all the success that u both deserve

Arrived in Benalmada on the 11th June and Sandra wanted to find this place to try it. The owners and staff are fabulous and very friendly. The Cocktails and food are outstanding that's why we went back for the most of are time in Benalmada.They didn't have any Monkey 47 left so Ali came to the table with other types of gin for me to try didn't get that service in any other bar. We booked our last meal before we had to go home back was the Monkey 47 has promised. Adam and Ali have a fantastic bar and the staff are fabulous and friendly.
