The Long Bar

We stopped for a drink after visiting Fuengirola on the way back to our hotel and got chatting with a couple who joined us at our table. We were so comfortable and relaxed that after saying goodbye to everyone, we almost walked away without paying! Luckily, the landlord stopped us before we hit the road. Definitely a bit embarrassing, but hopefully we will get chance to return again before we go home...

Had a sharing platter followed by roast beef Sunday lunch. The starter was ok, pub grub what you would expect but the Sunday lunch was awful. The vegetables were undercooked, I had half potatoes in my mash and they weren’t cooked either. The meat was just ok. To be fair I was asked if it was ok as I barely ate any and I did receive an apology but any one used to nice food, don’t eat here for anything more than chips!! Oh and desserts? Only apple pie so if you didn’t like apple pie you were out of luck. As my dinner was removed from the bill I have increased stars for the Long Bar.
