We happened to find this bar whilst out on a walkabout. The Shannon is just across the road from the beach so it is very well situated. We sat outside & were just going to have a drink when a member of the bar staff came out with meals for a neighbouring table & I had to admit the dishes looked scrumptious. So we decided to have something to eat as well & we weren't disappointed. Both the drinks & meals were very good value for money & the bar staff were equally pleasant. So The Shannon gets 10 out of 10 from us
