Kyle the Team Leader in Lanyon Station was serving me a pint of Orchard Thieves Apple Cider and was very friendly, polite and is a credit to the Upper Crust brand/company and should deserve a bonus or pay rise.

Always great service, very nice coffee and friendly staff especially from niamh today as I came in and she advised card machine was broke and I didn't have cash( I can't function without coffee in morning 🤣) but niamh went above and beyond and advised cause I'm a regular to not worry about it and gave me my coffee and told me to pay for it when I'm next in. Always great service from her with a smile.

Nice selection of pastries and baguettes. Crisps were a bit dear but excellent service. Courtney was a wee angel. I'll stop in again the next time I'm having a day out.

Popped in to Upper Crust whilst waiting for my train and was really, really pleased with the food and service. Having the TV on with reruns of Frasier broke up the hustle and bustle of people moving about nearby which can't always be helped but I feel it made a difference. Tamlyn was super helpful and pleasant and Niamh made a great flat white which was just what I needed before my journey. Will definitely pop in again when I can.
