Bought two Christmas chips, £9 each. Soon realised that there was no turkey or ham. Thought they might have forgotten, until I read the reviews. Never again! Also noticed that the Scores on the Doors certificate was nowhere to be seen. Checked the website 3 stars- satisfactory. Don’t usually buy from any less than 4.

Food - pastie was a bit warm and not hot, was tasty enough but I did add more salt. Fish was a bit tight on actual fish and more batter, wasn't great. Chips were soggy and not great, not much in the portion either. Staff were friendly enough but no banter or music etc and it's christmas! Wouldn't hurry back if I'm honest
