I only use the Mandarin for carry-outs, but the food is excellent. The decor is quite dull

Super food, super staff. Excellent experience… but 10% service charge added to bill for six people and 50p a box for left overs, added £20 to the final bill….other wise 1st class.

A really pleasant, calm, and quiet environment, with excellent service and truly tasty menu to choose from. Even the coffee was beautifully presented and delicious. If I lived near to this restaurant I would be sample the whole menu more quickly! We will definitely return to 'The Mandarin' in Ballyhackamore.

Great restaurant with great staff. Had a lovely dinner here in the Mandarin Restaurant last night, food was cooked perfectly. The staff were attentive to us and lovely to talk to. Cannot wait to return to this restaurant!

First visit since they refurbished and the new look is great. Staff were helpful and attentive but the food was slightly disappointing. Chicken was slightly dry (overcooked?). Definitely not as good as I've had before. Hopefully just a one off bad night

Dinning in is much better than take away, although this place is a little pricey! Good food, great service. Parking nearby can be troublesome especially during the day. I would not say this place is value for money but it is a good little local venue for a date night.
